Todd Snyder - Founder and President
Todd founded Tech-Optics in 1994, and has been instrumental in growing it to become the largest remanufauturer in the Southeastern U.S. Todd has been responsible for bringing in the vast majority of Tech-Optics' current customers. He recently began hiring key management and sales people, in order to grow Tech-Optics to the next level. Prior to starting Tech-Optics. Todd worked in the remanufacturing industry in a sales capacity. Todd also competed as a professional triathlete in the U.S. and Europe. He graduated with a BA from the University of Miami in 1993.
William Osburn - Sr. Quality Engineer
Bill recently joined Tech-Optics and is in charge of all quality control at the company. Bill implements more sophisticated, improved quality systems, which will allow Tech-Optics to substantially increase its cartridge production volume, while maintaining its high quality. Prior to joining Tech-Optics, Bill had over 25 years experience as a senior consultant in the quality area, and in quality management positions with companies such as Rockwell International, Eaton, Art Van Furniture and Kelly Services. Bill has a BA in Management & Quality Control form the University of Phoenix.
Richard Haber - Director of Sales - Eastern U.S.
Richard also recently joined Tech-Optics. He is responsible for Tech-Optics' sales in the Eastern U.S., including Puerto Rico, and has established a sales team in this area. Richard's strong, hands on sales experience should help him and his team to bring in new sales rapidly. Prior to joining the company, Richard had over 20 years' experience in sales and sales management with companies such as Enzo Clinical Laboratories, Bio Reference Laboratories, and Matritech. He has a BA in Business from Hofstra University which he obtained in 1984.
David Pack - Facilities Manager
Dave has been with Tech-Optics for 3 years. He is in charge of the Miami production facility. In addition to his production responsibilities for laser toner cartridges, Dave manages the sizable compatible ink jet business which the company also owns. Prior to joining Tech-Optics, Dave had 10 years' experience in the retail restaurant business, which has contributed to his strong ability to mange production personnel at Tech-Optics.
Steven Labinski - Sr. Procurement Manager
Steve has been with Tech-Optics for 6 years. Prior to moving to the Michigan facility, Steve managed the production facility in Miami. In addition to procurement, Steve supervises cartridge production in Michigan. Steve has been instrumental in providing the new sales management group with important product knowledge. Prior to joining Tech-Optics, Steve managed a family textile print business for several years. Steve attended Lake State University.
Monique Harrell- Controller
Monique wears several hats at Tech-Optics. In addition to her responsibilities as Controller, she acts as the office manager, performs the human resources function for the company, and is hands on in coordination of operations management wherever she can implement these systems into her work environment, and within the scope of the operations manager. Monique has been with Tech-Optics for 4 years. She began as assistant controller, and was promoted to Controller 2 1/2 years ago. Prior to joining Tech-Optics, she worked for 4 years with Tiptop Enterprises, where she was responsible for all bidding for them. Monique graduated from Florida International University in 2001, with a B.A in Business.
David Snyder - Consultant
Dave works as a consultant to Tech-Optics' management. Dave has been consulting with Tech-Optics for the past 2 1/2 years. Prior to this, Dave ran his own ink jet sales and remanufacturing company for 10 years, and founded a cartridge sales and collection business in Mexico. He also had 30 years' marketing and general management experience with companies such as Gillette, Bausch & Lomb, Pentech, Libby's and W.R. Grace. Dave has a BA from Wesleyan University (1963) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (1967).
